Here are a few of the most asked
questions
about In The Mix Productions.
Do you use a written contract?
Yes, I do. Do you sign a contract with the banquet hall? How about the
photographer? The importance of a written agreement between both you and the entertainment
is also very important. All terms of the event should be in writing to avoid any
misunderstanding at a later date. Every booking is confirmed by using a
typed contract,
agreed upon and signed by the client as well as myself, the owner of In The Mix
productions.
Will you play off a
specific play list?
Yes I will. This is your party and you know your friends and
family better than I do.
Can I give you a few CD's
to play from?
Yes off course. Even though I carry a large variety of music
it is almost impossible to buy everything. I have no problem playing from
a few of your favorite CD's.
How loud will the music
level be during dinner...?
That
all depends on you. I personally hate loud music during dinner. I can't
understand why some people play dinner music so loud, your guest can't enjoy a basic
conversation. I play dinner music at a respectable level where you & your guest can
talk to your friends and family without raising their voices.
Types of Functions...?
The majority type
of work I receive are Wedding receptions. My services also
include Anniversary Parties,
Engagement Parties, Jack and Jill's, Birthday Parties, Class Reunion's, Corporate
Functions, & Christmas Parties.
Basically "You
Name it I Play it !!!"
What type of music do you
carry with you...?
My music library is very large
and completely on compact disc. I cater to each individual function that I may
encounter, without having to repeat songs over and over again. Plus my library also
reflects my music knowledge, with music ranging from the "Big Band Sound of the
1940's to the latest Dance Hits of Today".
Attire...?
I am always dressed for the occasion, Tuxedo's are a must
for Wedding's unless notified differently from you. Other occasions require me to dress
either in suit, shirt and tie, or smart casual, and yes I will dress in costume for your
Halloween event's.
When you call to ask questions about prices and experience you
will be talking directly to the owner and a DJ that knows from experience what you
are looking for. If you are searching for a professional DJ with a
friendly personality, to help coordinate your special event & plays
the music you want to hear, then please consider In The Mix productions. My sound systems are
nothing less than professional. Depending on the amount of guests at your function, and
the size of the venue for your event I will bring in a sound system to carry your music
and announcements.
